Dear Ellsworth Families,

Welcome Back to School!  Thank you for choosing Ellsworth Elementary and for your continued belief in our school. It is your belief and support in Ellsworth that allows our school to meet more effectively the needs of our students year after year. 

As I reflected on the past and considered goals of the future, the present became clear, which is why I have chosen our focus and theme for this school year: “Good to Great.” This year we are developing an intervention block both in reading and in math, focusing on students’ needs according to the information we gather from the assessments teachers are administering to students. 
 
The Ellsworth Staff and I are as fired up as ever and ready for a fabulous year! We are committed to providing challenging, varied, and engaging opportunities for all of our students to learn in a community of respect and personal responsibility.
